# AI Ops Center Glossary

AI Ops Center terms listed in alphabetical order. All terms in the glossary are provided for informational purposes.

## A

**Cognigy AI Operations Center**
A Cognigy.AI product, also known as AI Ops Center or Ops Center, that provides a comprehensive view of the health of your AI Agents operations in dashboards, charts, and panels.

## C

**Chart**

A visual representation of data that displays values and trends over time. The Ops Center uses various chart types such as bars, lines, and heat maps to present data.

**Component**

A Cognigy.AI product, feature, resource, or service that the Ops Center monitors, for example, Voice Gateway or Endpoints.

## D

**Dashboard**

A visual interface that provides a real-time, organized view of the performance of your AI Agents. Dashboards include charts and panels.

## I

**Indicator**

A chart type that shows a single number, representing a total or aggregate value.

## M

**Metric**

Measurable and calculable values from [components](#c) and [subcomponents](#s) over time, for example, voice inputs, requests, messages, and conversations per minute, which can be used for graphical representations. In Ops Center, metrics are updated regularly.

## P

**Panel**

A UI element that displays indicators and tiles in the Overview Dashboard.

## S

**Subcomponent**

A subcomponent is a feature or resource that composes or is used in a component, for example, speech-to-text (STT) and the Live Agent handover provider.

## T

**Threshold Duration**

The duration of time that a metric must exceed a threshold to trigger an alert.

**Tile**

A user interface (UI) element that displays charts and indicators.

**Trend**

A relative measure of the current metric value against the last metric value, expressed in percentage values, and displayed in panels and charts.
