<Warning>
  * As of April 2025, the [Insights Beta API](https://api-trial.cognigy.ai/openapi#get-/insights/beta/messages/report/-queryHash-) is deprecated. The full removal is planned for Cognigy.AI 2025.12.0. After the removal, use the [Cognigy.AI OData endpoint](/ai/agents/analyze/odata) instead.
  * As of April 2025, the [Intent Sentence Generation, Lexicon Generation, Flow Generation, Adaptive Card Generation](/ai/agents/develop/gen-ai-and-llms/generative-ai#generate-cognigy-ai-resources) lists in the Project settings are deprecated. The full removal is planned for Cognigy.AI 2025.13.0. After the removal, select the LLM for all these features from the [Design-Time Generative LLM Features list](/ai/agents/develop/gen-ai-and-llms/generative-ai#design-time-generative-ai-features).

* Removed the feature flag for the `amazon.titan-embed-text-v2:0` [embedding model](/ai/agents/develop/gen-ai-and-llms/model-support-by-feature). Now, this model is available to all customers
* Added support for attachments with the [Salesforce MIAW handover provider](/ai/escalate//handover-reference/salesforce-miaw) from end users to human agents through Webchat v2 and Webchat v3
* Added the Log System Prompt and Log Tool Definitions options to the Debug Settings in the [AI Agent Node](/ai/agents/develop/node-reference/ai/ai-agent). When you activate these options, debug mode displays the AI Agent system prompt and the configured AI Agent tools information in the Interaction Panel
* Added support for streamable HTTP MCP servers to the MCP Tool Node, with support for existing SSE MCP servers as fallback servers

* Fixed the issue where different pages displayed a scrollable empty space at the bottom for MacBook Pro 14 users
* Fixed the issue where the Override Snapshot Connections option in the Endpoint settings was ignored
* Fixed the issue where undeprecated Nodes were considered deprecated and didn't show up in the Flow editor
* Fixed the issue where strict validation caused errors when:
  * using Extensions with time settings configured as optional
  * saving Question Nodes with the Question type set to Date and the Minimum Date or Maximum Date parameter set to `today`

### Cognigy Voice Gateway

* Fixed the issue where the user couldn't add phone numbers on the Phone numbers page in the Voice Gateway Self-Service Portal
* Fixed the issue where streaming TTS using ElevenLabs failed
* Fixed the issue where non-streaming TTS using Microsoft Azure Speech Services failed

* Added the `SKIP_GENESYS_EVENTBRIDGE_ORGANIZATION_ID_CHECK` feature flag to prevent the validation of the Cognigy.AI organization ID during a handover. This approach is helpful when users have multiple organizations for one Genesys Cloud Open Messaging account

#### Bug Fixes

* Fixed the issue where the `$limit` and `$top` OData Query Language operators didn't work correctly for the user data model with the Live Agent OData endpoint. * Fixed the issue where abandoned conversations were reassigned when a human agent's availability changed to online
* Fixed the issue where updating the Contact Profile details failed

* Fixed the issue where reports displayed data as strings instead of numbers
* Fixed the issue where deleting a Contact Profile deleted Contact Profile data in the Live Agent Escalations table
* Fixed the issue where the disabled Cognigy.AI OData Endpoint didn't return 404 errors

### Infrastructure

#### Cognigy.AI + Insights + AI Copilot

Cognigy.AI 2025.11.0 and later versions are compatible with MongoDB 7.0:

* For SaaS installations, all environments hosted by Cognigy will be updated to MongoDB 7.0.
* For on-premises installations, update MongoDB to 7.0 after updating Cognigy.AI to version 2025.11.0.
