# 2026.16 (latest)
Removals:
* OpenAI's and Microsoft Azure OpenAI's `gpt-5-chat-latest` models have been removed. To avoid any issues with your AI Agent, migrate to a more modern model, for example, `gpt-5.6-sol`.
* The **Handover Settings** section has been removed from the Endpoint settings. Consequently, the **Legacy** option was removed from the **Handover Provider** list in the Handover to Human Agent, Question, and Check Agent Availability Nodes. If you haven't migrated to the new interface for handover providers, refer to the [migration guide](/ai/escalate/migration).
As of Cognigy.AI 2026.4.0, the [Step](/insights/explorers/step) and [Message](/insights/explorers/message) explorers in Insights are deprecated. These explorers will remain functional until their full removal in Cognigy.AI 2026.18.0.

#### Improvements
* Added the Get Estimated Wait Time toggle to the Genesys Cloud Open Messaging settings in the Handover to Human Agent Node and Handover to Human Agent tool. With this toggle, you can allow end users to receive estimated-wait-time updates while they wait to be connected to a human agent
* Added the `POST /v2.1/projects/{projectId}/logs/package` and `GET /v2.1/projects/{projectId}/logs/package/{logsFileId}/download` API methods to package log entries into a JSON file you can download. These API methods allow you to avoid paginating through logs when using the `GET /v2.1/projects/{projectId}/logs` API method
* Standardized the Endpoints-specific API authentication key header for the REST and Webhook Endpoints. Now, use the `x-cognigy-endpoint-key` request header for both Endpoints instead of `x-rest-endpoint-key` or `x-webhook-key`
* Added the `isMasked` field to the GoalEvents for the Cognigy.AI OData endpoint 2.4
#### Bug Fixes
* Fixed the issue where newly created Locales and Snapshots were displayed in the Locale and Snapshot lists in the Interaction Panel only after the page was reloaded
* Fixed the issue where Serverless unexpectedly terminated Extension executions
* Fixed the issue where opening Flows, Endpoints, Locales, and Snapshots returned a `500` error
* Fixed the issue where the status message for the NiCE CXone handover provider showed the incorrect text
* Fixed the issue where the names of API keys created without a name or named `ApiKey` weren't displayed in the API Keys list on the My Profile page. Now, you must enter a name when generating an API key
* Fixed the issue where updating or deleting an AI Agent failed with a `500 Internal Server Error`
* Fixed the issue where fullscreen mode in the mock code editor didn't close when the user pressed `Escape` after typing in the editor
* Fixed the issue where file-size limits weren't enforced for Snapshots and Packages uploaded through the UI
* Fixed the issue where incorrect text was displayed in the Copilot: Set Grid Node
* Fixed the issue where assertions always failed in a Playbook run from the Interaction Panel Test tab
* Fixed the issue where messages from Live Agent to the end user weren't displayed when the Flow included a data-only or an empty Say Node
