Now, Endpoints fall back to the target Project's primary Locale * Fixed the issue where the `POST /v2.0/endpoints` method failed with `at least one conversation starter needs to be set` or silently discarded the conversation starters when creating Webchat v3 Endpoints, even though they were included in the request * Fixed the issue where using an in-platform LLM for Knowledge AI embedding generation crashed with `Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'fields')` * Fixed the issue where saving a Lookup Node after changing the Intent Level reverted it to the default or failed with a `Bad Request` error * Fixed the issue where `gpt-5.4`, `gpt-5.4-mini`, and `gpt-5.4-nano` never received a default `reasoning_effort` on Chat Completions when no tools were present, and where an explicit `top_p` override in Custom Model Options broke default `reasoning_effort` injection on Chat Completions for `gpt-5.1`, `gpt-5.2`, and `gpt-5.4` * Fixed the issue where the conversation counter timed out incorrectly under load * Fixed the issue where Knowledge Chunk ingestion emitted a Qdrant client/server version-compatibility warning after `@qdrant/js-client-rest` was auto-bumped to a version too far ahead of the deployed Qdrant server * Fixed the issue where empty voice messages were visible in Live Agent * Fixed the issue where OData Analytics requests were rejected with `429 Too Many Requests` during normal reporting use * Fixed the issue where login events for users signing in via SSO weren't shown in the Login History section of the My Profile page ### Cognigy Voice Gateway **Released** September 29, 2026 #### Bug Fixes * Fixed the issue where malformed calls crashed the media servers. As a result, every other call on the same server was disconnected. Now, malformed calls fail independently without affecting other calls * Fixed the issue where the human agent's SIPREC audio wasn't transcribed and the human agent side of the conversation didn't appear in the Conversation explorer.
