Channel Specific Settings¶
The Microsoft Teams Settings dropdown menu is where Cognigy.AI needs to be provided with the credentials to connect with a Microsoft Teams Bot.

The Security Token obtained in the process of setting up the Microsoft Teams outgoing webhook.
