# Retrieve Knowledge

## Description

The Retrieve Knowledge Node extracts information from knowledge databases in the [NiCE CXone Knowledge Hub](https://help.nicecxone.com/content/knowledgehub/knowledgehub.htm) and provides this information to your AI Agents. ## Restrictions

* The Retrieve Knowledge Node is supported only in Cognigy.AI installations that are integrated with NiCE CXone.
