Contact Profiles¶
Contact Profiles store information about the end-users of your AI and can be accessed by Flows and Endpoints. Contact Profiles can be used to store information persistently and personalize discussions with users.
You can manage contacts who interact with your AI's in Contact profiles where the contact data and transcript history is available to view.
Manage Contact Profiles¶
The Contact Profiles menu is available under the Manage tab of the agent toolbar.

Here you can search for contact profiles in the top right search box and sort the table by clicking on the column headers. With Cognigy.AI 4.2.0, we have introduced a new checkbox "Hide inactive Profiles" which will be activated by default. This way, our customers will only browse through active Profiles.

Sorting Conversation List¶
As of Cognigy.AI v4.11.0 the conversations list in "Contact Profiles" page has been improved by sorting options.
-
To open the conversation list click on a "Contact ID" on the "Contact Profiles" page.
-
Headers of the conversation list can be clicked and the sorting order changes accordingly.
An up or down arrow is displayed next to the header that was clicked most recently, initially it's at the startdate.
Arrows indicate the proper sort order, ascending or descending.
