- Changed the data foundation we are using to drive the “Conversation Count” and “Conversations linechart” report and make sure they are based on session data to make those reports more accurate
- Rename “Average Conversation length” and “Max Conversation Lenth” to “Average Session Length” and “Max Session Length” as the reports were actually based on session data.
- Improved the performance of certain analytics reports and our OData analytics interface by adding missing database indices

- Fixed a bug where the “Users by Locale” report on the overview dashboard did not indicate a timeframe in the tooltop of the detailed view
- Fixed a bug where the timestamp filter was calculated incorrectly
- Fixed a bug where the “percentage bar-chart tooltip” was showing a timestamp
- Fixed a bug where duration was formatted wrongly in multiline charts
- Fixed a bug where the Contact ID was hashed multiple times in certain situations - this lead to problems where certain data could not be retrieved from the system as we had a missmatch in the given Contact ID and the hashed value stored in our data stores

New secret
We have introduced a new Kubernetes secret which is mounted into theservice-endpoint Deployment. You don’t have to do anything as the Cognigy.AI Helm Chart will automatically create the secret in your respective Kubernetes namespace and provide a random value for it.
