Knowledge Connectors

  • Introduced Knowledge Connectors in Knowledge AI. This feature allows you to ingest knowledge from external sources, such as databases, APIs, or document libraries, and use it directly in your Flows. You can use prebuilt Knowledge Connectors from the Marketplace, such as Confluence and Diffbot, or create custom ones using the Extension framework.

  • Allowed arbitrary custom URLs for Azure OpenAI LLMs, so the URL is no longer restricted to Azure OpenAI’s domain

Qdrant Upgrade from v1.13.4 to v1.15.4
For Cognigy SaaS where the Knowledge AI feature is enabled and Qdrant is deployed, upgrading Cognigy.AI to version 2025.21.0 will automatically upgrade Qdrant to v1.15.4.
