The following Anthropic models have been removed from Cognigy.AI, as they are no longer supported by Anthropic: claude-3-5-sonnet-20241022, claude-3-5-sonnet-latest, claude-instant-v1, and claude-v1-100kIf you use these models in your Flows, replace them with available models from the Model Support by Feature list to ensure your AI Agents remain stable.

Simulator
Introduced the Simulator for AI Agents. The Simulator is an LLM-powered tool in Cognigy.AI that allows users to model and test full conversational scenarios for LLM-based AI Agents. Use the Simulator to mimic real-world user interactions and evaluate the performance, behavior, and reliability of AI Agents in controlled environments. You can try the Simulator in the trial environment.
New Handover Provider for storm from Content Guru
Introduced a new handover provider for storm, the contact center platform from Content Guru. With the storm handover connector, you can integrate Cognigy.AI with storm, enabling end users to connect with human agents working in a contact center that uses storm.

Cognigy Live Agent

  • Added the Profile Language option in the Profile settings to allow the human agent to set their preferred UI language. This option overrides the account language and translates email and push notifications into the selected language

  • Fixed the issue where the right expanding arrow button of the chat panel wasn’t visible when the Enable overriding AI Copilot preferences and Enable AI Copilot Workspace options were activated
  • Fixed the issue where email delivery failed due to names including commas in the From field
