Deployment Options
The Agent Copilot workspace is designed for flexible integration into any contact center environment. Depending on your needs, it can be deployed in two primary ways:- Standalone Deployment: The Agent Copilot workspace can be used as a standalone application, accessible via a web browser.
- Embedded Deployment: The workspace can be embedded directly into an existing third-party application, such as a contact center agent desktop. This provides a seamless user experience for agents.
