Cognigy offers Cognigy.AI and other Cognigy products as Cognigy SaaS. Cognigy SaaS provides a fully managed cloud environment operated by Cognigy. The platform is maintained, secured, and updated by Cognigy, allowing organizations to focus on building and operating AI Agents without managing the underlying infrastructure. In most cases, Cognigy SaaS runs in a shared cloud environment, where multiple organizations use the same Cognigy-managed infrastructure while their data and resources remain securely isolated.
On-premises installations are no longer offered to new customers. However, current on-premises installations will keep operating as usual and will continue to receive updates.
