With Cognigy.AI 2026.4.0, the Step Explorer and Message Explorer in Insights are deprecated. The full removal of both Explorers, including removal from OData records, is planned for Cognigy.AI 2026.17.0.
In Cognigy.AI 2026.4.0, the OAuth2 authentication method for the Send SMTP Email Node was deprecated. The removal of this authentication method is scheduled for the release of Cognigy.AI 2026.16.0. To avoid disruptions in AI Agents using OAuth2 in this Node, migrate to the OAuth2 Client Credentials authentication method before the removal date.

Deepgram Flux for STT Services
Introduced support for the Deepgram Flux speech provider for speech-to-text (STT) services. This provider is powered by the Deepgram Flux model, which is optimized for transcription accuracy, real-time streaming, and processing large volumes of audio.
NiCE CXone: Preconfigured SIP Trunk for Quick Setup
Added NiCE CXone as a preconfigured SIP trunk provider in the Voice Gateway Self-Service Portal. By selecting NiCE CXone in the carrier settings, the fields on the Edit carrier page are automatically filled in with the standard SIP trunk values for the NiCE CXone carrier.
