Handover Providers

The Handover Providers section in the Endpoint settings was deprecated in 4.97. The removal date is the end of January 2026. We encourage you to try our new Handover Providers interface, which offers greater flexibility for managing your integration with contact centers. For a smooth migration, refer to the migration guide.
Endpoints that support handover have a Handover Settings section in their Endpoint settings. In this section, you can select and configure the handover provider to which the user will be forwarded when a Handover to Agent Node is triggered.
