New Models by Google Gemini
Added support for the gemini-3.6-flash and gemini-3.5-flash-lite models provided by Google Gemini. These models provide faster, lower-cost options for high-volume Generative AI tasks.
New Models by Anthropic
Added support for the claude-sonnet-5, claude-opus-4-7, and `claude-opus-4-8 ’ models provided by Anthropic. These models give you access to Anthropic’s latest model capabilities.

Improvements

  • Added the Use deployment name as model toggle to the Azure OpenAI LLM provider settings for the Responses API. You can now choose whether to use the Deployment Name or Model parameter to specify the model
  • Added Custom Model Options and Custom Request Options to the LLM Entity Extract and Question Nodes. You can now pass additional model and request parameters directly to the LLM call
  • Added support for multiple Microsoft SSO OAuth connections in Azure Bot Services Endpoints. You can now manage tokens for each connection separately using the Overwrite Connection option in the Get Token, Invalidate Token, and Token Status Nodes
  • Improved compatibility with Anthropic models that don’t support sampling parameters. Now, Cognigy.AI removes unsupported temperature, top_p, and top_k parameters before sending the request
  • Improved the reliability of the Project Overview dashboard. If the simulation search fails, the Recently Changed panel still displays other resources instead of showing an error
  • Added traceId and sessionId to transformer error logs, making it easier to trace errors to a specific request and session

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the issue where the Logs API generated invalid pagination links with empty next or previous parameters. Now, you can use pagination links to navigate through log entries without receiving a 400 Bad Request
  • Fixed the issue where the platform stopped Knowledge Connector synchronizations but left them in the running state. Now, stopped synchronizations automatically switch to failed, and the connector status updates accordingly
  • Fixed the issue where Package imports failed when a Connection contained a long field value, such as a MongoDB connection string. Connection values within the 10,000-character limit now import successfully
  • Fixed the issue where an Intent in an unattached Flow triggered a Default Reply and stopped message processing
  • Fixed the issue where saving an MCP Server Endpoint with OAuth 2.0 authentication failed when the optional Key Refresh Interval was left empty
  • Fixed the issue where handover providers received duplicate AI Agent messages while waiting for a human agent to accept the handover
  • Fixed the issue where the Studio script name appeared before a NiCE CXone handover provider was ready. Now, the Studio script name appears only when the provider status is Ready
  • Fixed the issue where masked GoalEvents weren’t correctly included or filtered in the OData responses
  • Fixed the issue where clicking a conversation from a Contact Profile opened the transcript with an incorrect contact ID and where the Conversations section was inaccessible on small screens
