Claude Opus 5: Smarter, More Autonomous AI
Added support for claude-opus-5, Anthropic’s most powerful model, with strong performance on complex instructions, multi-step planning, and tool calls. Due to its higher latency and per-token cost, we recommend using claude-opus-5 for complex, non-real-time Flow steps rather than for the conversation itself.

  • Added the GET /new/v2.1/projects/{projectId}/logs/count method and the sessionId and lastTimeWindow parameters to the GET /v2.1/projects/{projectId}/logs/tail method. These parameters let you filter log entries to a single session or to the last 1, 6, or 12 hours. The new method returns the number of log entries per log level and includes the new parameters
  • Increased the top k maximum value from 10 to 15 for the Search Extract Output Node
  • Added the capability to map Custom Attributes from the Handover to Human Agent Node to NiCE CXone custom fields, so human agents can see them in the Agent Workspace’s View Details panel or fetch them with a CC Custom Fields card in a Studio script
  • Added Project- and organization-level rate limiting to the Cognigy OData endpoint to prevent heavy usage from impacting other OData API users

  • Fixed the issue where gpt-5.1, gpt-5.2, gpt-5.4, gpt-5.4-mini, gpt-5.4-nano, gpt-5.5, and gpt-5-6-sol/gpt-5-6-terra/gpt-5-6-luna did not receive a default reasoning_effort value in the Responses API
  • Fixed the issue where an explicit top_p override in Custom Model Options failed when the new default was applied
  • Fixed the issue where fallback activation emails weren’t sent for Snapshot runs or contained incorrect LLM links
  • Fixed the issue where conversations stopped responding after their Snapshot was deleted

  • Fixed an issue where OData v2.4 queries using datetime filters with an hour of 20:00 UTC returned a 500 error
  • Fixed an issue where overly complex OData queries disrupted the service. Now, invalid or oversized queries return a 400 error
  • Fixed the issue where the Handover Provider field in the Handover to Human Agent, Check Agent Availability, and Handover to Human Agent Tool Nodes defaulted to the legacy provider. This caused provider-specific settings to display even when no provider had been chosen. Now, no provider is selected by default, and provider-specific settings stay hidden until you select one

  • Updated the list of models unsupported by Conversation Analyzer to include the latest Claude, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock Nova models

  • Fixed the issue where Conversation Analyzer failed after a single malformed LLM response. Now, the analysis automatically retries once before failing
