After configuring your Project Inbox for Live Agent, proceed to set up your Cognigy.AI Agent for Handover to Live Agent. Configuring the Handover for Live Agent involves two steps:
  1. Set up your Endpoint for Handover to Live Agent
  2. Set up your Flow for Handover to Live Agent
