Live Agent has been put in maintenance mode. The product will continue to be maintained in the foreseeable future. Users can continue to fully rely on Live Agent being available. In future releases, only security updates and bug fixes will be provided; no new features will be released.
Reports are analytic dashboards for supervisors and managers in Live Agent. These reports offer real-time insights into the performance and activities of agents and teams, allowing for the monitoring and evaluation of interactions with customers, facilitating quick adjustments, and driving improvements in customer support processes.
Only users with Administrator or Supervisor roles have access to the reports.
Depending on your role, the following reports will be available:

To view the reports, select Reports in the left-side menu of the Live Agent interface.
