Cognigy Live Agent enhances your customer service by extending your Conversational.AI platform, adding a Handover service to a Human Agent.

To integrate Live Agent with the Cognigy.AI platform, follow these steps:

  1. Setup Live Agent for your Organisation
  2. Set up your Project Inbox for Live Agent
  3. Set up your Endpoint and Flow for Handover to Live Agent
  4. Add Agents and Admins to Live Agent
  5. (Optional) Add another Inbox for your Project
