Endpoint Reference

Cognigy.AI includes many pre-built Endpoints that you can configure.

Cognigy Endpoints

The following Endpoints are specific to the Cognigy.AI platform:

  • webchat Cognigy Webchat


    An open-source web-based chat widget that can be embedded on any website. You can use either the Webchat v3 Endpoint or the Webchat v2 Endpoint.

  • voice-gateway Cognigy Voice Gateway


    Lets you connect to SIP interfaces, so your AI Agent can be connected to the phone network.

  • voice-copilot Cognigy Voice Copilot


    Used for integration between call centers and AI Copilot for voice use cases.

Generic Endpoints

The following Endpoints are provided for custom integrations:

  • rest REST


    Connect to a Cognigy Flow directly through a REST interface.

  • socket Socket


    Connect to a Cognigy Flow directly through a socket client.

  • webhook Webhook


    Expose Cognigy Flows via Webhook.
