  • Generative AI Beta is publically available for all Cognigy users
  • Added the opportunity that allows Webchat users to upload attachments easily. Users can drag and drop the file or click the new attachment symbol. The functionality is configurable from the Webchat Endpoint settings

  • Marked the user input as ignored so that they are neither counted as understood nor misunderstood in Analytics
  • Added formatting for code in the Code Nodes, which are created via Generative AI Flow
  • Added the opportunity to download an Intent Trainer export package from the Task Menu

Improvements

  • Changed the calculation of the ratio of understood messages. Now the null values don't consider in the calculation. This change affects charts, including NLU performance

  • Fixed the issue where the chart's detailed view was not displaying correctly in print mode on web browsers
  • Fixed the issue where Webchat attachments were rendered as unknown attachment types in the Message and Transcript Explorers
  • Fixed the issue where getting indexConversations via API would sometime timeout for a large dataset

  • Moved the push and email notifications from Profile Settings to Account Settings and can only be controlled by administrators. If the administrator has not yet changed the push and email notification settings, a human agent still have the opportunity to change them in the Profile Settings
  • Added the opportunity for human agents to create hyperlinks and sent the hyperlinked text in the conversation chart

Redis v7

In this release, we are officially updating the version of Redis we use to Redis 7, which will impact the following two deployments in the Helm Chart:

  • statefulRedis
  • statefulRedisPersistent

Both Redis instances will restart during the upgrade, and the application might not be available for a few minutes.

Warning

If you are not using the built-in Redis deployments but run Redis outside your Cognigy.AI Helm Chart, make sure to start migrating to Redis 7. Support for Redis 5 has ended, and you will no longer receive any security patches.
