End of Support

The Messenger Platform (facebook-bot-messenger) module within a Code Node has been removed in version 4.83.
The Any Slots feature will be removed in version 4.84. Instead, utilize the LLM Entity Extraction Node to identify Slots in the user input via LLMs.

Removal of Several GPT-3.5-Turbo Versions by OpenAI

If you are using the gpt-3.5-turbo-0301, gpt-3.5-turbo-0613 and gpt-3.5-turbo-16k-0613 model versions by OpenAI as custom models, note that these versions will be sunset on September 13, 2024. They will no longer be available in Cognigy.AI. We strongly recommend that you switch to newer models before this date.

Deprecation of AudioCodes and Generic Voice Nodes

AudioCodes Nodes and Generic Voice Nodes will be deprecated at the end of February 2025. After this time, you won't be able to create new Nodes, but you can still edit or clone existing ones. Flows with these Nodes will continue to work after the deprecation date.

Cognigy Webchat¶

Features¶

Removed the Beta tag for Webchat v3. Now, Webchat v3 is the official stable version and available in the new GitHub Cognigy/Webchat repository. Webchat v2 is deprecated and will be retired in February 2026. It will remain available in the old GitHub Cognigy/WebchatWidget repository. During this time, only important security updates will be provided for v2, with no further feature additions. Before support for Webchat v2 ends, migrate to Webchat v3.

Improvements¶

Improved by displaying a Profile Image and Profile Name from the Live Agent's Profile Settings in the Webchat v3 widget. If you are already using a name and avatar from the Webchat Layout section, the Profile Settings in Live Agent will take precedence
